Proper bike service begins with an in-depth assessment of what your bike needs. We do our very best to walk through your bike with you and address how we can best take care of you and your bike. We want you to know, that when we complete the write up with you, that we are not going to "up charge" you on service and parts that you do not need. We may make recommendations on service and parts that will enhance your riding experience, but those options will be up to you to choose. We will put in the assessment, the service and the parts for the bike that are essential for a safe, properly running bike, so that you can get the maximum enjoyment from your ride.
We encourage you to compare prices. We pride ourselves on having expert service at an honest price!
We are a small shop with limited space. We really appreciate folks who book an appointment with us...but walk-ins are welcome.

Electric Bike Policies
We are happy to work on most mechanical parts of electric bikes. We are not able to address the motor, battery, or electrical system of electric bikes, unless they have a Bosch or Shimano system. We are certified to work on both, Bosch and Shimano electric bicycle systems. We do have a few general policies regarding electric bikes:
-
The bike must have a seat post for us to mount on our repair stand and must have a crank with pedals
-
The bike must weigh less than 100 lbs.
-
Customer must show us that the electrical system functions at drop off
-
We have a $25 surcharge for all electric bikes
-
We reserve the right to deny service to any electric bike that we feel is a safety or hazard issue.
